Of Moss & Man is the 9th in a series of solo full-length albums by Kansas City, MO-based musician, Nathaniel Ehrnman. It's comprised of 15 tracks recorded over the course of 7 months from Spring through Fall of 2022. Acoustic guitar, mandolin, Weissenborn, baritone acoustic, and captured sounds are woven together throughout, resulting in a novel sound.
“My process is very much improvisational. I hit record when inspiration strikes, and tend to build a track layer by layer in a single sitting. I upload tracks to my Soundcloud page after finishing them. Then after I have a good number of tracks backlogged, I go through what I have to selectively curate an album. As such, the music very much reflects a period in time; In this case, most of 2022”
